Product Details
- Very rare Burberry Loden coat (overcoat original to Austrian alpine sheep herders)
- 80% wool / 20% alpaca dense, water resistant fabric
- Deep back vent extending to shoulder blades
- Shoulder flange where shoulder material extends over sleeve (practical design to increase water resistance)
- Removable wool blend nova check liner with very quality zipper. Removal is very easy and simple.
- Viscose body lining
- Fairly hefty coat
Grade: MINT
I'd rate this coat in MINT condition. It looks and feels to have been barely worn, if at all. Fabric looks incredibly fresh, sharp and crisp. No signs of wear. One tiny tiny moth bite on back bottom of coat (really have to look). Coat does have a faint moth ball smell which will dissipate with time.
Fit Estimation
Fits: I could not locate the size tag. Confident it is a 44L or 46L. I'm 6'4", broad shoulders and typically where 44L and it has a nice roomy fit on me. Plenty of room for layering (as designed).
This is my own estimation based on measurements and years of inspecting pre-owned menswear. For best accuracy, compare the measurements provided to a similar garment you own that fits well.
